The RFU is asking everyone that hasn't previously validated their email address to now do so. If you receieve the request, please use the login code given at the bottom of the email and click on the link to GMS in order to logon to the system.
If it is your first time, or you have forgotten your password, jusr use the "forgot password" link to choose one. You can then login and validate your email address by requesting a validation link.
This occasiopnally doesn't seem to work so just look in your communication folder (to the right of the screen) to get the email.
